Job Summary:
As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. You will be part of a dynamic team working in a fast-paced, safe, and organized facility.
Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with high accuracy and speed.
- Load and unload trailers using forklifts and pallet jacks (training provided upon hiring).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Conduct inventory checks and assist with stock replenishment.
- Operate warehouse equipment and machinery following all safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and quality targets.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50+ lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math skills and keen attention to detail.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work on your feet.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new processes.
- Valid ID and eligibility to work in the United States.
