Responsibilities
- Picking, packing, and shipping products with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery safely.
- Conducting inventory counts and maintaining accurate stock records.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Loading and unloading trucks efficiently during shift changes.
- Adhering to all safety protocols, OSHA guidelines, and company policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer skills and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work well in a team.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required.
