Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts in warehouse/distribution environments
- Load/unload trucks with precision using pallet jacks and other material handling equipment
- Conduct pre-shift equipment inspections and maintain safety logs
- Organize inventory in designated storage zones with FIFO compliance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize loading/unloading efficiency
- Adhere strictly to OSHA and company safety protocols
- Assist in inventory audits and cycle count initiatives
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 48 hours)
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/forklift operation experience
