Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and transport materials throughout the warehouse safely and efficiently.
- Perform daily pre-shift safety inspections of equipment to ensure proper functionality and compliance.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock organization meets company standards.
- Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety protocols and warehouse regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and shipping deadlines.
- Assist in the packing and labeling of shipments with high attention to detail.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of hazards.
Qualifications
- Previous experience operating a forklift (Class A, B, or C) is preferred but not required for the right candidate.
- Must possess a valid forklift certification or be willing to obtain one immediately upon hire.
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening.
- Basic math skills and ability to read labels and documentation accurately.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and team collaboration.
