Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and reach forklifts to load, unload, and move materials safely throughout the warehouse.
- Perform daily pre-shift inspections and maintenance checks on forklifts to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Organize inventory, stack pallets, and ensure accurate stock placement in designated zones.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to 5S standards and OSHA guidelines.
- Assist in inventory audits and cycle counts to ensure accuracy.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production and shipping targets efficiently.
Qualifications
- Valid and current Forklift Operator Certification (Forklift License).
- Minimum of 1 year of previous warehouse or logistics experience (Preferred).
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong understanding of warehouse safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
- Basic computer skills and ability to use handheld scanners or inventory software.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends.
