Responsibilities
- Pick and pack merchandise from warehouse shelves according to customer orders and pick slips.
- Ensure all items are accurately labeled, sealed, and ready for shipping.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety compliance.
- Inspect products for damage and report any discrepancies immediately.
- Collaborate with the night shift team to meet daily shipping quotas.
Qualifications
- Ability to work the night shift (shift times vary, typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Basic math skills for accurate order fulfillment.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Charlotte, NC facility.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
