Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely to move materials throughout the warehouse.
- Load and unload trucks and trailers with precision and speed.
- Conduct daily pre-shift inspections on all heavy equipment to ensure functionality.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Follow all safety regulations, including proper lifting techniques and traffic patterns.
- Assist with inventory management and stock organization as needed.
Qualifications
- Valid forklift operator certification (OSHA 10/30 preferred).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and overtime.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting.
