Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and transport materials within the warehouse and loading dock.
- Maintain accurate inventory records by tagging products and conducting regular stock counts.
- Ensure the warehouse facility is clean, organized, and free of safety hazards at all times.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company operational procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely order fulfillment.
- Perform daily pre-shift equipment inspections and report any maintenance issues.
Qualifications
- Must possess a valid Forklift Operator Certification (CFP/CFII).
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and teamwork.
