Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure quality control and correct labeling.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and scanners.
- Collaborate with the inventory team to manage stock levels effectively.
- Adhere to strict safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Basic computer skills and ability to use handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Reliable transportation and a positive work history.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends as needed.
