Responsibilities
- Operate Equipment: Safely and efficiently operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records and perform daily cycle counts to ensure stock accuracy.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety guidelines, company policies, and standard operating procedures.
- Warehouse Organization: Keep the warehouse organized, clean, and free of safety hazards at all times.
- Maintenance Checks: Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment and report any mechanical issues immediately.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping, receiving, and storage targets.
- Documentation: Complete necessary paperwork and digital logs for daily operations accurately.
Qualifications
- Certification: Valid and current Forklift Certification (Must be present at time of interview).
- Experience: Proven experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or manufacturing setting.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on safety and precision in inventory handling.
- Communication: Basic computer literacy for logging daily activities and clear verbal communication skills.
- Eligibility: Must be eligible to work in the United States.
