Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders using RF scanners and voice-directed technology
- Operate powered industrial equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counting and system updates
- Optimize workflow to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and company protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues
- Train new pickers on equipment and procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn RF systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Stamina for 8-hour shifts in a climate-controlled environment
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
