Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to load, unload, and transport materials safely.
- Conduct daily pre-shift equipment inspections to ensure machinery is in safe working order.
- Verify inventory counts and ensure accurate placement in designated storage areas.
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to prevent hazards.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production and shipping targets.
Qualifications
- Certified Forklift Operator (CFL) or equivalent safety certification required.
- Minimum 1-2 years of previous forklift experience in a warehouse setting.
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to read labels and pallet markings accurately.
- Current Arizona Driver's License (if applicable for warehouse vehicle use).
