Responsibilities
- Operate electric and internal combustion forklifts to load, unload, and move materials throughout the facility safely and efficiently.
- Inspect forklifts daily to ensure they are in good working condition and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Verify inventory accuracy by performing accurate stock counts and cycle counts.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company policies to maintain a hazard-free workplace.
- Collaborate with team leads to organize warehouse storage and optimize picking routes.
- Perform general warehouse duties such as shrink wrapping, palletizing, and banding.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of debris.
Qualifications
- Valid and current Forklift Operator Certification (OSHA compliant).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or logistics setting.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Strong physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for accurate inventory tracking.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Las Vegas facility.
