Responsibilities
- Operate material handling equipment (Forklifts, pallet jacks) to load, unload, and transport materials safely and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate inventory records by scanning barcodes and updating the warehouse management system in real-time.
- Ensure a clean and organized workspace by adhering to strict housekeeping and safety protocols at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Conduct routine equipment inspections to identify any mechanical issues or safety hazards.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations to prevent accidents and maintain a secure working environment.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification required (OSHA compliant).
- High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
- Physical stamina to lift heavy loads, stand for long periods, and work in various weather conditions.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow written and verbal instructions precisely.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but training is provided for qualified candidates.
