Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to load, unload, and move products safely.
- Verify inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records in the warehouse management system.
- Ensure the work area is clean, organized, and compliant with all safety regulations (OSHA).
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and shipping targets.
- Perform routine maintenance checks on forklifts and report any mechanical issues immediately.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (OSHA compliant).
- Previous experience operating sit-down and stand-up forklifts preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Philadelphia, NC facility.
