Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and move materials safely and efficiently.
- Inspect forklifts for any mechanical issues before use and report maintenance needs.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock organization is logical and accessible.
- Follow all OSHA safety protocols, warehouse rules, and company guidelines strictly.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily warehouse operations.
- Perform regular quality checks on products before storage or shipping.
Qualifications
- Certified forklift operator (valid license required).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Experience in a fast-paced warehouse setting is preferred but not required.
