Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to safely load, unload, and transport materials within the warehouse.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform daily cycle counts.
- Ensure the warehouse is organized, clean, and free of safety hazards at all times.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
- Communicate effectively with team leads regarding shipment priorities and inventory needs.
- Perform routine equipment maintenance checks before and after each shift.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
- Basic math skills for accurate inventory counting.
- Physically fit to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (Class A/B/C) is a plus, but not required for entry-level candidates.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to work flexible shifts.
