Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts (Reach Truck, Counterbalance, or Pallet Jack) to load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse.
- Perform daily pre-shift inspections of forklifts, tires, brakes, and safety equipment.
- Ensure accurate inventory counts and maintain digital logging systems.
- Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety regulations and company safety protocols.
- Keep warehouse aisles clear and organized to prevent hazards.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily shipping and receiving targets.
- Assist in general warehouse maintenance and cleanliness.
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA forklift certification (Class A, B, or C).
- Previous experience operating heavy machinery in a warehouse or distribution center.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) as scheduled.
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly without assistance.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
