Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts (Reach Trucks, Counterbalance, Order Pickers) safely and efficiently to move materials within the warehouse.
- Load and unload trucks, ensuring cargo is secured and properly documented.
- Perform daily pre-shift equipment inspections and report any maintenance issues.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to 5S standards.
- Assist in inventory management and cycle counting processes.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Certified forklift operator (required).
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for labeling and inventory.
- Excellent attention to detail and safety awareness.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required.
