Responsibilities
- Load and unload trailers, pallets, and racks safely and efficiently using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Perform accurate inventory counts and stock checks to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Operate forklift equipment within strict safety guidelines and speed limits.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely processing of orders.
- Inspect equipment for any potential maintenance issues or safety hazards.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all warehouse activities.
Qualifications
- Valid forklift operator certification (OSHA 10/30 preferred).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and paperwork.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
