Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and efficiently in a warehouse environment.
- Load and unload trucks, ensuring cargo is secured and organized properly.
- Inspect equipment daily for safety and perform routine maintenance checks.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations strictly.
- Manage inventory by picking, packing, and scanning products accurately.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure operational efficiency.
- Assist in general warehouse duties as needed, including palletizing and shrink-wrapping.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Operator License (CDL Class A or B is a plus).
- Previous experience operating forklifts (Counterbalance, Reach, or RF Scanner).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
- Basic math skills for inventory management.
- Ability to work weekends, nights, and overtime as required.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
