Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage or discrepancies to ensure quality control.
- Package and prepare products for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in strict compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Assist with inventory counts, stock replenishment, and cycle counts.
- Operate scanning equipment and computer systems to track inventory accurately.
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for extended periods.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn warehouse management software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required for qualified candidates.
- Valid driver's license is a plus.
