Responsibilities
- Pick and Pack: Efficiently pick and pack orders with high accuracy using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Quality Control: Inspect items for damage and ensure all products are correctly labeled and packaged for shipment.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory levels and stock organization within the warehouse.
- Material Handling: Operate pallet jacks and forklifts safely to move materials around the facility.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols to maintain a secure working environment.
- Organization: Keep workstations and aisles clean, tidy, and free of obstructions to ensure efficient workflow.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and strong math skills for scanning and counting.
- Reliability: A strong work ethic, punctuality, and the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
- Documentation: Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
