Responsibilities
- Operate electric and internal combustion forklifts to load, unload, and transport materials efficiently.
- Ensure accurate inventory counts and proper documentation of stock movements using WMS systems.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse workspace at all times.
- Perform routine safety inspections on forklifts and report any maintenance needs immediately.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations, forklift protocols, and company policies.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (OSHA compliant) required.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics setting (1 year preferred).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and teamwork.
- Excellent attendance record and reliability.
