Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts safely to load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse.
- Verify inventory counts and ensure accurate documentation of stock movements.
- Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
- Perform daily pre-shift equipment inspections and routine maintenance.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely shipment and delivery.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times.
Qualifications
- Certified forklift operator (OSHA 10/30 preferred or equivalent training).
- Minimum of 1 year of verifiable forklift experience in a warehouse or manufacturing setting.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills for inventory counts.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
