Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move pallets and products safely
- Perform daily equipment inspections and maintenance checks
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company policies
- Collaborate with warehouse team to optimize loading/unloading processes
- Support inventory control through cycle counting and audits
- Train new operators on equipment safety procedures
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (OSHA-approved)
- Minimum 2 years warehouse/forklift experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Valid Florida driver's license
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Prior experience with RF scanners preferred
