Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Safely load, unload, and transport materials using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory counts and stock organization.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols at all times.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance on forklifts to ensure optimal performance.
- Palletizing: Properly stack and secure pallets to ensure safe transport and storage.
- Documentation: Complete daily logs and operational paperwork accurately.
Qualifications
- License: Valid Forklift Operator Certification (Class A, B, or C) required.
- Experience: Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing preferred.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Skills: Strong attention to detail and proficiency in operating heavy machinery.
- Background Check: Must pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
