Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers safely and efficiently to load and unload materials.
- Verify inventory accuracy by scanning items and logging stock levels in the management system.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Collaborate with warehouse team members to ensure timely order fulfillment and shipping.
- Inspect machinery and equipment daily to ensure proper functioning and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies to prevent accidents and injuries.
Qualifications
- Certified Forklift Operator (valid license required).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50+ lbs) repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and ability to work well in a team setting.
- Basic computer literacy for scanning and logging data.
- Reliable transportation to and from the warehouse location.
