Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely drive and operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and reach trucks to move pallets and heavy loads.
- Inventory Management: Perform accurate counting and scanning of inventory to maintain stock accuracy.
- Loading & Unloading: Efficiently load and unload trucks and containers, ensuring cargo is secure and protected.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Maintenance Checks: Perform daily pre-shift inspections on forklifts to ensure they are in proper working condition.
- Organization: Keep the warehouse floor organized and free of hazards to ensure a smooth workflow.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We are looking for motivated individuals willing to learn. On-the-job training provided.
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when counting and handling inventory.
- Reliability: Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends as needed.
