Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload freight from trucks, ensuring proper placement and securing of cargo.
- Conduct daily safety inspections of all equipment and report any maintenance issues.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Assist with inventory management and cycle counting processes.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (Class A, B, or C) is required.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
- Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols (OSHA standards).
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and walk extensively.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use warehouse management systems.
