Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload trucks, railcars, and pallets with accuracy and speed.
- Perform daily equipment inspections and routine maintenance checks.
- Maintain accurate inventory records through scanning and documentation.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is clean, organized, and compliant with OSHA safety standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily shipping and receiving targets.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (OSHA/CDL) is required.
- Must have a clean driving record and ability to pass a background check.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude toward safety.
