We are currently seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Forklift Operator to join our dynamic logistics team in Albuquerque, New Mexico. In this pivotal role, you will ensure the efficient movement of inventory, maintain accurate stock records, and contribute to a seamless supply chain operation.

Responsibilities:
- Load, unload, and transport materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyors.
- Inspect and perform routine maintenance on forklifts and equipment to ensure safe operation.
- Verify incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy and complete documentation.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace in strict compliance with OSHA safety standards.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies to minimize workplace accidents.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily production targets.
Qualifications:
- Valid forklift operator certification (Class A, B, or C preferred).
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is highly desired.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills for inventory counting.
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
- Valid driver’s license (not required but often a plus).
