Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment to load, unload, and stack inventory.
- Perform daily pre-shift inspections of forklifts to ensure they are in safe operating condition.
- Move palletized goods to designated storage areas and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of hazards.
Qualifications
- Certified forklift operator license (Class A, B, or C).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) for extended periods.
- Basic math and reading skills for inventory scanning.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required for the right candidate.
