Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently to load and unload shipments.
- Verify and inspect incoming and outgoing materials to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety and sanitation regulations.
- Perform daily pre-shift inspections of forklifts and report any mechanical issues immediately.
- Assist in inventory management processes, including stock counts and organization.
Qualifications
- Valid forklift operator certification (OSHA compliant) is required.
- Previous experience operating counterbalance forklifts and reach trucks is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
