Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and transport materials safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment at all times.
- Perform inventory counts and ensure accurate documentation of stock movements.
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily shipping and receiving targets.
- Perform routine equipment inspections and report any mechanical issues immediately.
- Assist in general warehouse duties as needed, including packaging and labeling.
Qualifications
- Valid and current Forklift Operator Certification (CFA, OSHA, or equivalent).
- Previous experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or distribution center.
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking and documentation.
- Reliable transportation and a strong work ethic.
