Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment to load, unload, and move materials safely and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and ensure proper organization of stock.
- Inspect machinery for safety issues and report maintenance needs immediately.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols at all times.
- Clean and organize the warehouse workspace to prevent accidents and hazards.
- Collaborate with the shipping and receiving team to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We are willing to train motivated candidates with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Physically fit with the stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for reading labels and inventory logs.
- Willingness to obtain a forklift certification within the first month.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
