Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Load, unload, and stack pallets of merchandise accurately to ensure proper inventory rotation.
- Conduct daily pre-shift safety inspections of equipment to identify and report any mechanical issues.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Assist in the receiving and shipping of goods, verifying quantities and identifying damaged items.
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure timely fulfillment of daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Willingness to undergo on-site forklift training (we provide the training).
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanning devices.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and teamwork.
