Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers to move materials throughout the facility.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently, ensuring cargo is secured and weight distribution is balanced.
- Conduct daily pre-shift inspections of all machinery to ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist in cycle counts.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company operational procedures at all times.
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Valid and current forklift operator certification (Class 1, 3, or 4).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Minimum of 1 year of recent experience operating heavy machinery in a warehouse setting.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
