Job Overview
As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for the efficient movement of goods, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring a safe working environment for all employees.
Responsibilities
- Load and unload materials and products using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damages.
- Organize stock in the warehouse to ensure efficient inventory management.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Prepare and package orders for shipping, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Perform daily cycle counts and report discrepancies to management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or material handling is a plus.
- Ability to operate powered industrial equipment (e.g., forklift) is highly desirable.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
