Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and move materials safely and efficiently.
- Inspect equipment daily for mechanical issues and report any necessary repairs.
- Ensure accurate inventory counts and document stock movements in the WMS.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant warehouse environment.
- Follow safety protocols and operating procedures at all times.
- Collaborate with warehouse staff to meet daily productivity goals.
Qualifications
- Certified Forklift Operator (CFO) license required.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience operating forklifts in a warehouse setting.
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety regulations.
- Basic computer skills for data entry.
