Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and powered industrial trucks to move, stack, and organize inventory in the warehouse.
- Load and unload trailers, trucks, and railcars efficiently while adhering to safety regulations.
- Inspect forklifts and equipment daily for any mechanical issues or safety hazards.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock levels are organized correctly.
- Keep the warehouse floor clean, organized, and free of debris to prevent accidents.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets and shipping deadlines.
- Perform routine maintenance checks on warehouse machinery as required.
Qualifications
- Certified Forklift Operator (required prior to start).
- Previous experience operating forklifts (Reach Truck, Pallet Jack, or Counterbalance).
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for long periods.
- Valid Driver's License (Class C or higher preferred).
- Strong understanding of warehouse safety protocols and OSHA guidelines.
