Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to load, unload, and transport materials safely and efficiently.
- Perform daily pre-shift inspections of equipment to ensure proper functioning and compliance with safety standards.
- Maintain accurate inventory records through systematic counting and stock placement.
- Follow all OSHA safety protocols and company guidelines to prevent accidents.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to meet daily shipping and receiving targets.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as needed, including palletizing and shrink-wrapping.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (OSHA 10/30 preferred).
- Minimum 1 year of experience operating forklifts in a warehouse environment.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for long periods.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment.
