Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load and unload materials from trucks and trailers.
- Inspect machinery daily to ensure safe operation and report any maintenance issues.
- Organize and stock inventory in the warehouse to ensure accurate inventory counts.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and shipping targets.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift and move heavy items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and scanning.
- Willingness to obtain a forklift certification (we offer training for qualified candidates).
- Strong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
