Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and move materials safely and efficiently.
- Inspect forklifts for maintenance needs and report any malfunctions immediately.
- Organize and maintain warehouse inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
- Prepare pallets for shipping and verify orders against packing lists.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of hazards.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Certification (OSHA compliant).
- Minimum 1 year of previous forklift operating experience.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Physical stamina to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math and reading skills for inventory tracking.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
