Responsibilities
- Operate various types of forklifts (Counterbalance, Reach, Order Picker) to load, unload, and transport materials safely.
- Perform daily pre-shift inspections and maintenance checks on all forklift equipment.
- Accurately count, label, and stage inventory to ensure proper organization.
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety regulations and company safety policies at all times.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely order fulfillment and shipping.
- Keep the warehouse floor clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Assist in the accurate documentation of inventory movement and stock levels.
Qualifications
- Certified Forklift Operator License (valid for 3+ years preferred).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy for data entry and inventory tracking.
- Proven track record of safe forklift operation in a warehouse setting.
- Valid driver's license is a plus.
