Responsibilities
- Pick and pack merchandise accurately and efficiently using handheld scanners.
- Prepare and label packages for shipping according to company standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely when certified.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
- Follow all safety protocols and quality assurance procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic math and reading skills for scanning and labeling.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
