Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory with accuracy and speed.
- Pick, pack, and label merchandise for outbound shipments.
- Operate material handling equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided upon hiring).
- Maintain a high standard of housekeeping to ensure a safe working environment.
- Assist in cycle counting and inventory audits as required.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company operational procedures.
- Communicate effectively with team leads regarding order priorities and issues.
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required; on-the-job training is provided.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing between 20 and 75 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners or RF guns.
- Strong work ethic and reliability with a focus on attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in various weather conditions (loading docks/warehouses).
- Must be 18 years of age or older and legally authorized to work in the USA.
