Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently to load and unload trucks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Perform daily pre-shift inspections and routine maintenance checks on equipment.
- Accurately pick, pack, and stage inventory according to production orders and shipping schedules.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety protocols, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely order fulfillment.
Qualifications
- No prior forklift experience required; on-the-job training provided.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime as needed.
- Basic math skills and ability to read labels and scanning equipment.
