Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport materials safely and efficiently using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damages and discrepancies.
- Organize inventory in designated storage areas to ensure maximum efficiency.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols.
- Assist with order picking and packing processes to meet daily targets.
- Operate handheld scanners and inventory management software accurately.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with handheld scanners.
- Valid driver's license (preferred but not always required).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends if necessary.
