Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and stage materials with precision and speed.
- Conduct daily pre-shift inspections of all forklift equipment to ensure safety compliance.
- Maintain accurate inventory records by tagging and logging stock movements.
- Follow strict safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all team members.
- Keep the warehouse aisles and work area clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to meet daily production and shipping targets.
Qualifications
- Ability to pass a standard background check and drug screen.
- Must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license.
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification (training provided).
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and shipping documentation.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift heavy items for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety procedures.
